Supervision for Master Level Therapists
As a licensed Therapist, I provide supervision for Master Level Clinicians (pre or post graduation) who are pursuing their Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or School Adjustment Counselor, School Social Worker (SAC/SSW) license.
I am qualified by the Board of Allied Mental Health and Human Services to provide the required LMHC supervision hours for licensure.
I have three years of experience providing quality supervision to graduate students and master's level clinicians. I find this work extremely rewarding and I look forward to providing a free 15-minute exploratory call to see if my supervision services will be a good fit for you!

My goal is to offer a supportive, collaborative, and ethically grounded space where you can grow your clinical skills, deepen your self-awareness, and feel confident in your professional identity.
What Is Clinical Supervision?
Clinical supervision is a professional, educational relationship in which a licensed clinician oversees and supports the work of a pre-licensed therapist. It serves multiple purposes:
Clinical development – Discussing cases, exploring interventions, and refining therapeutic techniques.
Ethical guidance – Navigating complex situations in accordance with legal and professional standards.
Professional identity – Building confidence, self-awareness, and resilience as a therapist.
Licensure preparation – Ensuring you're on track with your state’s requirements for supervised hours.

My Approach to Supervision:
My supervision style is collaborative, strengths-based, and rooted in multi-modal and trauma-informed clinical interventions including CBT, EMDR, ERP, DBT, Somatic Therapy and more. I emphasize:
Open, reflective discussion
Integrating theory with practice
Navigating cultural, identity, and systemic issues in clinical work
Self-care and boundaries
Encouraging authenticity and curiosity

What to Consider When Choosing a Supervisor
Supervision is an important relationship. Here are some things to reflect on:
Compatibility – Do our values and clinical styles align?
Experience – Do I have the kind of background you’re seeking support in?
Availability – Can I offer the structure you need (individual, group, frequency)?
Support and challenge – Do you feel safe, but also encouraged to stretch?
**I’m happy to schedule a consultation to see if we’re a good fit.**
